  The Burning EP has been something I had thought about a lot over the last year. In the last few years, I can look back and see myself burning bridges whether it be relationships, friendships or just even opportunities for myself. I’ve definitely lived with a bit of regret over certain things but making this EP has made me actually think about these things for more than like 5 seconds. I’d never want to be alone with my thoughts and constantly trying to do stuff to take my mind off, my mind really.
  
  It’s not a big like a-ha moment for me like that “nothing to worry about ever again” meme, it’s more a case of “this is a nice coping mechanism”. But at the same time I’m still getting used to the whole like oh god what will X person think of this or like is this TOO directed and obvious? But I don’t think that’ll ever change tbh like I manage to overthink everything, including this haha. I think a big part of it is feeling like I’m an imposter or have imposter syndrome cos none of my friends or family are anyway artsy so it’s kinda like oh will they get it? ... more
