Even throughout my track titles, I want to reflect how I’m feeling - I’m going to try and get some sort of emotion across even if it’s an instrumental track. An example of this being the first off the EP, If This Is It. With ITIS i wanted to create an eerie opening but with enough familiarity as it was a previously released single. It is an easy introduction. If This Is It is about kinda just having the realisation and deciding how to move, either moving forward and thinking positively about it or focusing on the negatives and regressing. In my mind it's how you take this, it's how the EP sets up for you - most song titles or songs can be interpreted two different ways. Production-wise I was listening to a lot of the stuff I would have been listening to in like 2016/2017, revisiting that sound and fitting it in with my vision for a minimal and spacious house track.
